Crawl Space Encapsulation
We offer full and permanent solutions for all moisture needs in your crawl space. We completely clean, seal, and encapsulate your crawl space to keep all moisture and pests out. We use heavy mil plastic to block out any condensation and moisture that might be penetrating or permeating into your crawl space. This will also block out all the humid air from entering your foundation vents. Once encapsulated we will install a dehumidifier to control the humidity under the house as well as a sump pump to control ground water. Structural Repair
We provide structural repair in crawl spaces and basements. We are equipped to handle all types of joist replacement as well as adding joists for more support. We also install beams and girders. We will level floors and can install jack posts where more support is needed. We also will replace rim joists that are rotten. Insulation
We provide whole home insulation. we cover everything from crawl spaces to attics. We always strive to achive minimum code at the very least. This means the crawl space will have a minimum of R-19, walls R-15, and ceilings R-38. We also do supplemental blow in insulation in attics. We will come and refill your attic back to where it needs to be. Blown insulation settles over time, this is why it is recommended to be topped off every 10-15 years to stay effecient. We use a high quality fiberglass blown insulation that only settles a quarter of an inch over 10 years. Please give us a call to find out more about our insulation services.

Drainage
We offer all drainage solutions for your house or business. We install and or replace French drains around the exterior foundation of the home. We also provide interior foundation drains in crawl spaces and in basements. In most cases interior drains will need to be ran into a sump pump. We can also install gravity drains if the slope of the property warrants it. lastly we provide yard drainage systems and drainage box systems.
